Mr. Gilligan has more than 35 years of experience in the reinsurance industry including President/CEO of an intermediary and most recently Senior Vice President of marketing for a member of the White Mountains Re Group.

Mr. Gilligan's has extensive experience in Excess & Surplus Lines with strong emphasis in all areas of Professional Liability. He has a successful track record in matching MGA, MGU, and program administrator owners with issuing carriers and provides guidance in finding new areas for expansion for these operations.

Mr. Gilligan has a B.S. in Marketing from Seton Hall University.
