Mr. Davis has over 12 years of investment banking experience, raising over $10 billion in capital and advising on M&A transactions valued at more than $7 billion. Prior to joining Merger & Acquisition Services, Mr. Davis was an investment banker at Banc of America Securities in the Financial Institutions Group. There he advised clients within the insurance and reinsurance industry. Before joining Banc of America, Mr. Davis was a Vice President at Credit Suisse by way of its acquisition of Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette ("DLJ"). Mr. Davis joined DLJ after finishing business school and was an investment banking Associate in the Financial Institutions Group at the time of the acquisition by Credit Suisse. Prior to business school, Mr. Davis was an investment banking analyst at J.P. Morgan Securities covering depository institutions.

Mr. Davis earned his B.S. Degree in Finance from Georgetown University where he ran on the nationally ranked Cross Country and Track teams. He earned his M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.

Mr. Davis is a member of the Board of Directors for PNG Ventures, Inc. a publicly traded producer and wholesaler of vehicle quality liquid natural gas in the western United States.
